By accessing this website or placing an order with Vytal Peptides ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Vytal Peptides are laboratory research chemicals intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation by qualified individuals. Our products are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, including consumption or any form of administration to humans or animals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA.

By ordering, you certify that:

• Products will be used exclusively for legitimate research purposes

• You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of all materials purchased

4. Orders & Payment

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment matching the order code and total is received. Orders unpaid after 7 days are automatically cancelled and reserved items are returned to stock. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe may not comply with Section 2.

5. Product Sourcing & Testing

Every batch we sell is verified by an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity before it ships. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis for our catalog are published on the Certificates of Analysis page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vytal Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with the use of purchased products.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vytal Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your purchase, handling, storage, use, or misuse of any product; (b) your breach of these Terms, including the certifications in Section 2; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including the laws of the State of Florida and federal law governing research compounds.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
